Perfumers can draw on it in herbal florals to shape the floral body, improve diffusion, and connect petals to the surrounding accord. With Cyclacet, the herbal & floral effect is most useful when it strengthens the intended accord rather than drawing attention to the raw material itself.

Evaluate it in the finished base, where any tendency towards medicinal, anisic, or dominant is easier to judge. A blotter establishes direction, but the finished base shows whether Cyclacet is supporting the formula or beginning to obscure it.
