Description

Amyl Acetate is a sharp, fast-moving fruity material led by banana, green pear drop and a clear volatile edge. It is the brisker and more banana-forward choice beside Isoamyl Acetate, with less rounded sweetness and a quicker sense of departure.

Perfumers use it to give banana, pear, tropical-fruit and playful gourmand accords immediate top-note definition. It works as a quick accent rather than a source of body or persistence, helping the fruit idea register clearly at the opening.

Use it in small steps. Too much can make the formula coarse, solvent-heavy or bluntly candied. Evaluate it in the finished accord after the most volatile impression has settled.
