Description
Lemongrass Essential Oil (Organic) has a sharp lemon-green aroma with grassy stem, citral brightness, dry leaf, and faint earthy warmth. It does not behave like lemon peel. Lemongrass is stronger, grassier, and more herbal, with lemon freshness held in a fibrous green stem.
The first impression is bright and forceful. With time, the scent becomes drier and more botanical, leaving a clean grass-lemon residue that works well in soaps, shampoos, shower gels, room sprays, diffusers, candles, cleaning-style blends, fresh body care, and formulas with lavender, eucalyptus, tea tree, citronella, cedarwood, rosemary, peppermint, litsea, or citrus oils.
Organic status supports sourcing expectations, not a different smell. Used heavily, Lemongrass can become harsh, sour, soapy, grassy-fatty, or too cleaner-like.
Essential oils can be applied topically once diluted with a carrier oil. They are widely used in cosmetic goods and handmade crafts.
