Description

Coriander Essential Oil has a warm, sweet-spicy aroma with citrus lift, pale wood, and soft floral undertones. Usually distilled from the seed, it behaves very differently from coriander leaf or cilantro. Instead of sharp green soapiness, the scent feels rounder, warmer, and more aromatic.

The first impression is bright and lightly peppered, then the sharper lift settles into warm seed, soft wood, and a faint floral-linalool trace. This makes Coriander useful in soaps, massage blends, body oils, diffusers, natural perfumes, citrus accords, soft woods, and spice blends where warmth is needed without the heaviness of clove, cinnamon, or ginger.

Coriander works best when kept light. Used carefully, it gives blends clean spiced warmth and a smoother finish. Used heavily, it can become stale, peppery, or too culinary, leaving a warm seed residue behind.

Essential oils can be applied topically once diluted with a carrier oil. They are widely used in cosmetic goods and handmade crafts.
