Description

Clove Leaf Essential Oil has a hot, dry, spicy aroma with sharp clove, green phenolic bite, woody warmth, and a long medicinal-spice trail. It is related to Clove Bud, but it feels leaner, less sweet, and more forceful. Where Clove Bud has a rounder whole-clove richness, Clove Leaf is drier and more functional.

The first impression is immediate: hot clove leaf, sharp spice, and phenolic warmth. After the initial impression, the scent becomes woodier and more medicinal, leaving a long dry residue that works in diffusers, soaps, spice accords, seasonal blends, natural perfumes, and carefully formulated body products.

Clove Leaf needs careful use. In small amounts, it gives warmth, structure, and strong clove identity. Used too heavily, it can become harsh, irritating, and overpowering. In topical products, it should only be used with appropriate formulation guidance.

Essential oils can be applied topically once diluted with a carrier oil. They are widely used in cosmetic goods and handmade crafts.
