Description
Clove Bud Essential Oil (Organic) has a hot sweet-spicy aroma with rich clove bud, eugenol warmth, dark spice, dry wood, and a phenolic medicinal edge. It does not behave like a soft kitchen spice. The essential oil is concentrated, forceful, and instantly recognisable, with more rounded sweetness than clove leaf or stem.
The first impression is warm and sweet-spicy. After the initial impression, the scent becomes darker, woodier, and more medicinal, making it useful in careful low-dose work for soaps, candles, room sprays, spice accords, natural perfumes, and professionally formulated body-care products with orange, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla, patchouli, cedarwood, frankincense, benzoin, or balsams.
Organic status supports sourcing expectations, not gentleness. Used heavily, Clove Bud can become harsh, numbing, irritating, medicinal, and overpowering.
Essential oils can be applied topically once diluted with a carrier oil. They are widely used in cosmetic goods and handmade crafts.
