Cardamom oil is a member of the Zingiberaceae family. This oil is sweet, spicy and almost balsamic in fragrance. It is classed as a top note and blends well with citrus, floral, spicy and woodsy oils.
Cardamom is commonly used to help ease occasional indigestion and calm stomach upset, by maintaining an optimal gastrointestinal balance. It also promotes clear breathing, respiratory health and a positive mood.
