Description
Rose Otto Essential Oil has a true rose aroma with soft petal, pale honey, green stem, delicate wax, and a fine floral residue. It does not behave like a thick rose absolute or sugary rose fragrance. Rose Otto feels lighter, more diffusive, and closer to the steam of fresh petals.
The first impression is immediately rose, but not heavy. Given a little time, the scent becomes waxier and more skin-close, leaving a soft petal trace that works beautifully in facial oils, creams, luxury soaps, body oils, natural perfumes, hair perfumes, and fine floral blends with neroli, sandalwood, geranium, palmarosa, lavender, patchouli, frankincense, citrus, or vanilla. It is a natural choice when unmistakable rose is wanted in its most delicate, refined, and skin-close form rather than as heavy sweetness.
Rose Otto works best when used with space. Used lightly, it gives unmistakable rose presence. Used heavily, it can become powdery, heady, old-fashioned, or too floral.
Essential oils can be applied topically once diluted with a carrier oil. They are widely used in cosmetic goods and handmade crafts.
