Description
Mandarin Green Essential Oil (Organic) has a fresh citrus aroma with unripe mandarin peel, tart pith, soft fruit, and green brightness. It does not behave like ripe mandarin or sweet orange. Green Mandarin is less round, less sugary, and more peel-led, with a sharper green edge that makes citrus blends feel cleaner.
The first impression is zesty and tart. Later, the scent becomes drier and more pith-like, leaving a green mandarin residue that works well in soaps, creams, lotions, body oils, room sprays, diffusers, candles, natural perfumes, and blends with bergamot, neroli, petitgrain, lavender, geranium, basil, cedarwood, frankincense, or other citrus oils.
Organic status supports sourcing expectations, not a different smell. Used heavily, Green Mandarin can become thin, sour, bitter-green, or cleaner-like.
Essential oils can be applied topically once diluted with a carrier oil. They are widely used in cosmetic goods and handmade crafts.
