Description
Mandarin Cold Pressed Essential Oil has a soft sweet citrus aroma with fresh peel, light fruit, gentle pith, and a warm mandarin trace. It does not behave like sharp lemon or bitter lime. Mandarin feels rounder, easier, and more fruit-like, with a brightness that arrives without much bite.
The first impression is sweet and immediately recognisable, then the scent fades into soft peel and faint citrus skin. This makes Mandarin useful in soaps, creams, lotions, body oils, bath products, diffusers, room sprays, soft citrus perfumes, and blends with lavender, neroli, geranium, cedarwood, frankincense, spice, vanilla, or herbs.
Mandarin is best used where softness matters. Used lightly, it gives gentle citrus lift. Used heavily, it can become thin, overly sweet, too simple, or slightly childish.
Essential oils can be applied topically once diluted with a carrier oil. They are widely used in cosmetic goods and handmade crafts.
