Description

Dill Seed Indian Essential Oil has a sweet herbaceous aroma with dry seed spice, pale wood, and a savoury dill warmth. It does not smell like soft fresh dill leaves. The seed oil is drier, sharper, and more spice-like, with a recognisable edge that can lean toward pickling spice if used too strongly.

The first impression is sweet, herbal, and slightly sharp. As the sharper edge fades, the scent becomes woodier and more savoury, leaving a dry dill-seed trace that works well in soaps, herbal diffusions, spice accords, cleansing-style products, natural perfumes, and low-dose botanical blends.

Indian Dill Seed needs restraint. Used lightly, it gives formulas green-spiced texture and unusual herbal warmth. Used heavily, it can become bitter, briny, overly culinary, or awkward, leaving a savoury seed residue behind.

Essential oils can be applied topically once diluted with a carrier oil. They are widely used in cosmetic goods and handmade crafts.
