Description
Spanish Verbena Essential Oil has a fine lemon-green aroma with sweet citrus leaf, soft herb, subtle fruity-floral lift, and faint green bitterness. It does not behave like lemon peel or lemongrass. Verbena is leafier, more delicate, and more botanical, with lemon freshness that feels held inside the plant rather than sprayed from citrus skin.
The first impression is bright and aromatic. Once the first lift recedes, the scent becomes softer and slightly floral, leaving a pale lemon-leaf residue that works well in fine soaps, lotions, creams, body oils, natural perfumes, room sprays, and botanical citrus blends.
Spanish Verbena works best when kept light. Used lightly, it gives elegant citrus-green lift. Used heavily, it can become thin, sharp, soapy, or too clean-lemon.
Essential oils can be applied topically once diluted with a carrier oil. They are widely used in cosmetic goods and handmade crafts.
