Description

Cassia Essential Oil has a bold cinnamon-like aroma with sweet spice, dry bark, and a strong warming edge. It is familiar immediately, but it is not the softest cinnamon material. Cassia feels sharper, hotter, and more direct, with a forceful sweetness that can quickly take over a blend.

The first impression is sweet and spicy, then the scent settles into drier bark warmth with a long cinnamon residue. This makes it useful in diffusers, soaps, spice accords, autumn-winter blends, natural perfumes, and carefully formulated body products where a small amount of recognisable warmth is needed.

Cassia needs restraint. Used lightly, it gives blends instant seasonal identity and a warm spiced trail. Used heavily, it can become harsh, overly festive, and difficult to soften. In topical products, it should be treated as a hot oil and used only with appropriate formulation guidance.

Essential oils can be applied topically once diluted with a carrier oil. They are widely used in cosmetic goods and handmade crafts.
