Description
Camelina Virgin Carrier Oil gives formulations a soft, practical oil feel with natural seed-like character. It spreads easily, sits between light and medium in weight, and leaves a gently present finish that works well in face oils, body oils, creams and simple skincare blends.
Its virgin character gives it more identity than neutral refined carrier oils, which can make simple formulations feel more natural and ingredient-led. It is not as glossy or polished as more refined oils, and that is part of its appeal. Used too heavily, Camelina Virgin Carrier Oil can leave an oily trace or bring an earthy note that may not suit delicate fragrance-led products.
Shelf life: Users can expect a shelf life of 18 months with proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight). Refrigeration after opening is recommended.
