Description
Babassu Refined Carrier Oil gives formulations a silky, quick-melting feel with a cleaner finish than heavier oils. It spreads easily, softens the texture of creams and balms, and leaves a light slip behind without making the product feel overly greasy.
Its refined character keeps the scent quiet, which makes it easy to use in fragranced or more polished formulas. It suits creams, balms, body butters, hair-care products and cleansing formulations where smooth spread and lighter residue matter. The trade-off is cushion. Babassu Refined Carrier Oil can make a product feel cleaner and faster-moving, but too much may reduce the richer after-feel expected in heavier body-care products.
Shelf life: Users can expect a shelf life of 24 months with proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight). Refrigeration after opening is recommended
