International Orders

All orders placed for delivery outside of the United Kingdom are subject to the import laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any products ordered comply with the applicable legal, regulatory and import requirements of the country of delivery.

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for confirming that the products may be lawfully imported, received and used in their destination country.

VAT, Import Taxes & Customs Charges

We do not charge or collect UK VAT on orders being delivered outside of the United Kingdom.

International orders are supplied on the basis that the recipient is responsible for any VAT, import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, handling charges, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or courier.

These charges are not included in the price paid to us at checkout and, where applicable, will normally be requested from the recipient by the courier or local customs authority before or following delivery.

This applies to customers in the European Union as well as all other international destinations.

We have no control over the amount of any import VAT, duties, taxes or clearance charges that may be applied, as these are determined by the relevant authorities in the destination country. Customers should check their local import requirements and potential charges before placing an order.

Customs & Import Restrictions

We cannot guarantee that any particular product is permitted to be imported into a specific country. Customers are responsible for checking any restrictions or requirements that apply before ordering.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays, additional charges, seizure or refusal of goods resulting from customs procedures, import restrictions or other actions taken by customs or regulatory authorities.

Where goods are refused entry, confiscated or otherwise restricted because they do not meet the destination country’s import or regulatory requirements, we cannot guarantee that a refund will be available.

By completing an international purchase, the customer confirms that they understand and accept these terms and their responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws and import requirements.
